Todd Herlin, a Chicago native, studied at top-ranked Purdue University, as well in programs abroad in Australia and Switzerland before graduating as one of the top in his class and heading west. His passion for travel and love of different cultures drives him to expand his current repertoire of languages to French as well as Spanish, German, Italian, Greek and Farsi.

Initially starting in the fabulous world of Interior Design allowed Todd to tap into his more creative side. With a natural eye for the most current trends in home design and his fantastic ability to grow personal relationships led him to the world of luxury real estate. His passion for homes and design have been the driving force behind his success with luxury estates to architecturally significant homes, new construction, as well as land development. Todd continues to grow his own proven methods of marketing working with celebrities, business managers, heads of industry, and local families to curate experiences and offerings to each client’s needs.
